Former patients of Dr. Trask who did not join his new practice remained patients of Beaufort Memorial Hospital Physician Partners. Dr. Garcia Salas and nurse practitioner Mary Beth Donovan are seeing patients at Beaufort Primary Care, located on the second floor of the Beaufort Medical Plaza, adjacent to the hospital. To become a patient at Dr. Trask's new practice you must register as a new patient. New patients will be accepted as space becomes available. Registration will be considered complete upon receipt of all paperwork and annual fee.
